Studio hours
Private and duet appointments can be reserved by calling the studio directly or by requesting an appointment via our online scheduler (the studio will confirm online appointment requests within 24 hours). Group classes including Pilates mat work, yoga and group reformer can be instantly confirmed online up to one week in advance. Click on "get started" in the above menu to get easy instructions on how to set up your own account and access class calendars.
Directions to the studio
From I-675 southbound: take exit 4 for Centerville-Kettering and at the light, turn right onto Far Hills Avenue (State Rte. 48), heading north towards Kettering. Continue on Far Hills for Approximately .75 mi., going down the hill, past the Washington Square shopping plaza, through the Whipp Road Intersection and up another hill. Look to your left for the Lamplighter Square shopping plaza. Practice is located in Lamplighter Square directly behind the Dayton Children’s Outpatient Testing Center. If you’ve gotten to the Rahn Road intersection you’ve gone too far!
From I-675 northbound: take exit 4B for Centerville-Kettering. It will merge onto Far Hills heading north toward Kettering. See above for remaining directions.
From Centerville: Take Far Hills Ave. past the Washington Square shopping plaza, through the Whipp Road Intersection, and up another hill. Look to your left for the Lamplighter Square shopping plaza. Practice is located in Lamplighter Square directly behind the Dayton Children’s Outpatient Testing Center. If you’ve gotten to the Rahn Road intersection you’ve gone too far!
From Dayton: Take South Main, which turns into Far Hills Ave., through Oakwood and Kettering. Once you pass through the Rahn Road intersection look for the Lamplighter Square shopping Plaza on your right. Practice is located in Lamplighter Square directly behind the Dayton Children’s Outpatient Testing Center. If you’ve gotten to the Whipp Road intersection you’ve gone too far!
